Royal Lux Transport Deposit Policy: At Royal Lux Transport, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience for all our clients. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Please review our deposit policy below: Deposit Amount: A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation. Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Refund Policy: Cancellations for This Service: Deposits are non-refundable and a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking cost will be applied. Driver Cancellations: If the driver cancels, the deposit will be 100% refundable. Refund Processing Time: The Deposit for this service is non-refundable Rescheduling: More Than 2 hours Before Scheduled Service: A rescheduling fee of $25 will apply, provided the new date and requested time are available. Less Than 2 Hours Before Scheduled Service: A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply, provided the new date and requested time are available.. The original deposit will be applied to the new booking date, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters), deposits will be fully refundable or can be applied to a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
