Cancellation Policy

Royal Lux Transport Deposit Policy: At Royal Lux Transport, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience for all our clients. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Please review our deposit policy below: Deposit Amount: A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation. Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Refund Policy: Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Scheduled Service: A 75% Deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Made Between 3 to 7 Days Before Scheduled Service: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Service: Deposits are non-refundable and a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking cost will be applied. Driver Cancellations: If the driver cancels, the deposit will be 100% refundable. Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the client's bank policies and processing times. Rescheduling: More Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Service: Clients may reschedule their booking without penalty, provided the new date and requested time are available. Less Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Service: A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. The original deposit will be applied to the new booking date, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters), deposits will be fully refundable or can be applied to a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
